Description
The Procurement Executive works closely with selected suppliers and manages the company’s procurement activities, ensuring that the purchasing department operates within all company SOPs. This role is responsible for order placement, supply and demand alignment, material replenishment, and continuous monitoring and improvement of supplier performance.
- Place orders timely and align supply/demand.
- Manage material replenishment and monitor supplier performance.
- Support Procurement Manager with price forecasting for budget cycles.
- Deliver cost optimization and savings for the company.
- Manage procurement supplier relationships.
- Maintain and update all trackers (AMC/Regular PO, PR, Savings).
- Promote best practices across the company.
- Create and promote a safe working environment.
