Support internal Tier accountability boards and escalation models, ensuring effective issue resolution and performance tracking across teams.
Interpret and execute contract requirements, Statements of Work (SOWs), and outcome metrics to ensure compliance and performance alignment.
Foster strong collaboration with custodians, Program Managers, Contracts personnel, and the Material Management team to support operational goals.
Lead contract management activities, including contract closeout, coordination with Disposition Leads for Plant Clearance, and assisting Program Managers with contract asset/material transfers and customer issue resolution.
Mentor and guide program offices and junior staff, offering support on daily tasks, audits, inventories, and special projects as needed.
Participate in process improvement initiatives such as Six Sigma, RCCA, Gemba walks, and Kaizen teams to support continuous improvement and problem-solving efforts.
Oversee new WBS setup and reporting in SAP; serve as a key SAP user by running reports and ensuring accurate data for performance tracking.
Collaborate cross-functionally with custodians, coordinators, and site stakeholders to ensure compliance with procedures and to implement process changes impacting multiple groups.

Experience with PIEE (Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment).
Prior experience with government property management and familiarity with standard industry concepts.
Must possess core competencies in U.S. Government FAR 52.245-1 requirements for contractors, including a solid understanding of the 10 Government Property Management Outcomes.
Proficiency in SAP and working knowledge of property systems such as eQUIP, AssetSmart, or equivalent.
