Perform on going market and competitor analysis to improve win rate and improve future positioning
Develop publicity and positioning initiative including social and print media including community outreach to promote and increase Austin’s visibility in the aviation market.
Provide leadership and oversight for marketing and operations beginning with identification of prospects, relationship building, positioning including win strategy for target pursuits.
Establish future client as well as design and construction relationships to support business objectives and improve market identity.
Lead and coordinate CMAR and Design Build proposal pursuits working closely with designated Design and Construction Joint Venture Partners.
Develop strategic business plan with Aviation Leadership to achieve annual and long-term financial goals and objectives.
Organize events and attend Aviation Conferences (AAAE, ACI, ACC and DBIA).
Identify and maintain current list of near term, intermediate and long term target prospects leading to formal go / no go decisions.
Responsible for leading RFQ and RFP proposal responses including Presentations and Interviews coordinating efforts with preconstruction, construction, safety, quality, diversity, logistics, risk management and legal departments.
Maintain client, design and construction partners relationships following project award to capitalize on the project win and future positioning.
