The job requires frequent standing, walking, climbing wood or steel structures, and handling tools while lifting up to 50 lb. Workers must have adequate close, distance, color, peripheral, and depth vision and be able to work outdoors in diverse weather conditions. The work environment may expose personnel to fumes, airborne particles, vibration, loud noise, and extreme temperatures typical of power‑line construction sites.
Candidates must obtain a Commercial Driver’s License within 60 days of hire and be capable of operating heavy equipment and traveling long distances on short notice. Strong communication abilities and flexibility to work extended hours, including weekends and holidays, are essential. The role also demands a team‑oriented, self‑motivated attitude and strict compliance with company policies.
