What you would be doing

building maintenance
- Liaise with internal customers, the client and engineers at all levels.
- Delivery of varying fabric repairs and projects, hosting of sub-contractors. This role will also include the multi trade requirement for the completion of reactive helpdesk tickets and the assistance in the completion of project related tasks and other ADHOC facilities requests.
- Flooring repair and new installations
- Minor repair and maintenance of tiling, walls and ceiling
- Painting and decorating projects (as and when required)
- Hosting of subcontractors
- Stock management of site consumables
- Repairs and maintenance to building fabric
- Remedial minor building works following PPM activities completed by other service lines
- Relocation or removal of furniture

- Experience of PDA or IPAD technology for reporting and completion of jobs is essential, as this forms part of the process to complete and sign off each job.
- Previous experience of working as a fabric technican
- Have the ability to manage conflicting priorities in a complex working environment.
- Qualified to a C&G or NVQ in a fabric trade, such as carperntry, painting and decorating, etc…
- Ability to be proactive and identify opportunities
- Basic plastering
- Strong customer service experience
- Fire Door PPM service and repairs
- Flexibility to work out of hours and at weekends
- Basic plumbing repairs
