- Keep accurate records and communicate updates
- Diagnose and treat damp, mould, and condensation problems

- Knowledge of damp and mould causes, effects, and treatments
- Previous applicants and current colleagues reapplying will be considered at the manager’s discretion.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- You will be subject to a basic DBS for this role, costs are covered by NCHA
- Respectful of tenants’ homes and committed to high standards
- Ability to work independently and manage daily tasks
- Skilled in property repairs and maintenance
