Requirements

Ideal candidates have 1‑5 years of CMT lab experience, especially with soils and aggregates, and demonstrate a proactive mindset, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to continuous improvement. They must be able to work safely, communicate effectively both verbally and in writing, collaborate well on teams, and be comfortable using Microsoft Office tools, with at least a high school diploma or GED.

• 1 to 5 years of construction materials testing experience, preferably in a lab with soils and aggregates testing
• Willingness to pursue and obtain technician certifications
• Understanding of AMRL accreditation and its importance in testing standards
• Experience in construction or laboratory settings (preferred, not required)
• Ability to work safely and stay alert
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Effective teamwork and collaboration abilities
• Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• High school diploma or GED required
• Applicable personal protective equipment (PPE) provided
