This is a non-rotational pathway, so you will remain within the Sustainability division for the duration of the graduate program. However, you will collaborate closely with various teams across the business over the course of the two-year programme.
As part of the Sustainability team, you will advise clients on asset-level strategies to optimise the environmental performance of their buildings. Your work will focus on enhancing energy efficiency, improving occupant wellbeing, and aligning assets with leading sustainability certification frameworks. You’ll support clients in identifying and implementing practical, data-driven solutions that improve building operations, reduce carbon emissions, and elevate user experience across the property lifecycle.
Throughout the programme, you’ll participate in discussion panels, Q&A sessions with senior leaders, training workshops, and networking events, all designed to enhance your development and expand your professional network.
This role places you at the intersection of building performance and sustainable design, where you’ll help clients unlock long-term value through targeted interventions - from retrofit strategies and operational improvements to certification readiness. You’ll collaborate closely with project teams and stakeholders to translate sustainability goals into measurable outcomes, ensuring buildings are not only compliant but also resilient, healthy, and future-ready.
Whether you’re currently studying Sustainability or another discipline but have a passion for property, this graduate programme offers a fantastic opportunity and provide you with the foundation for progression and a long and successful career at Cushman & Wakefield.
Our 2-year graduate programme offers a dynamic blend of learning and real-world experience, giving you an in-depth understanding of the commercial real estate sector and a head start in your professional journey. You will work on impactful projects, gaining new skills and invaluable insights into our business.
