The position requires 3–5+ years of hands‑on experience in copper and fiber optic network engineering, with at least five years in OSP‑related work, permitting, and fiber record management. Candidates must demonstrate strong project‑management and organizational skills, proficiency with Ziply tools (FROGS, Varasset, SiteTracker), and the ability to communicate effectively with municipal officials, utilities, contractors, and cross‑functional teams. Preference is given to candidates located in the Pacific Standard Time zone, though qualified individuals in the Mountain Standard Time zone will also be considered.
Base pay ranges from $36 — $38 USD, with eligibility for performance and referral bonuses, production incentives, tool/equipment and fuel stipends, a company vehicle, per diem, and other applicable compensation.
