Assist Site QA/QC Manager in the projects quality document research and inspection development.
Work with Project Engineers to ensure all turnover documents are submitted in the Project
Assist QA/QC Site Manager with any material, IT, tools, and equipment requests for the site QA/QC department.
Develop inspection request forms, quality cheat sheets and tally cards.
May work in varying weather conditions: hot, cold, and wet conditions.
May occasionally work in areas with large industrial equipment subject to high noise levels and hazardous.
Oversee timecard reporting for QA/QC personnel. Track hours used vs hours reported by payroll.
Send daily inspection status email to site team and management at the end of every day.
Weekly: Provide snapshot of task code percent complete to payroll.
PDF all first installs and quality inspection reports and file in project BOX Folder.
Review completed quality control inspection forms for completeness and notify Site QAQC Manager and/or field of any discrepancies.
Populate inspections structure in the quality team document management system, Solar Grade.
Create quality report cards and email to the site team and management at the end of every day.
Weekly: Export open issues from inspections and provide punchlist to the QAQC Site Manager to present to the team. Punchlist will also be emailed to the site team.
