Ecora is hiring a Junior Billing Coordinator to join its finance team. The position is suited for recent graduates or individuals with up to two years of general business experience seeking to build a career in corporate accounting. The role provides hands‑on training in the company’s Deltek ERP system and involves supporting project managers to ensure timely and accurate invoicing each month.
The coordinator will work closely with the finance team, handling invoice preparation, data entry, and project setup while maintaining organized billing records. In addition to day‑to‑day tasks, the role offers opportunities to learn project accounting fundamentals, track budgets and work‑in‑progress, and contribute to process improvements.
Candidates are expected to have a foundation in accounting, business administration, or finance and some office experience. Strong attention to detail, effective communication, and a willingness to learn are essential. Prior exposure to accounting software or ERP systems is advantageous but not required.
