What you would be doing
- Promote the use of decision risk analysis techniques where applicable, encouraging innovation and datadriven decisionmaking.
- Represent the organization in external forums, presenting Risk Management topics and sharing best practices.
- Offer leadership and support to junior Risk Management personnel, including training, feedback, and development opportunities.
- Lead the development and delivery of Risk Management plans, ensuring timely updates and accurate reporting throughout project lifecycles.
- Conduct cost and schedule risk analysis, interpreting outputs for effective communication to project teams and clients.
- Provide guidance on risk assessment criteria, selection of response strategies, and implementation of action plans.
- Engage with internal teams and external clients to resolve riskrelated issues, ensuring alignment with Worley’s sustainability objectives.
- Establish and maintain Risk Management processes, ensuring compliance and continuous improvement.
- Facilitate risk identification and analysis workshops, developing comprehensive project Risk Registers and providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with project teams to define Risk Management objectives aligned with project goals.
- Actively contribute to the development of Risk Management tools and processes as part of Worley’s global network.
