Description

Installers are responsible for installing home remodeling products according to Mad City standards, applying any necessary finish work, and completing a final checklist with the homeowner. After each job, they communicate with management to verify customer satisfaction and authorize final payment. Respect for the homeowner and their property is emphasized throughout the process.

Requirements

Candidates must have at least three years of experience in remodeling, carpentry, or construction and be familiar with residential baths, windows, or kitchens. An established LLC or business, along with workers’ compensation and liability insurance, is required. Strong communication and customer‑service skills are essential for interacting with homeowners and team members.
