- Assurer le respect des directives budgétaires, préparer et faire approuver la facturation.
- Coordonner les réunions de projet/chantier.
- Préparer les documents spécifiques de coordination des projets de construction.
- Préparer les documents d’appel d’offres des soumissionnaires.
- Participer à l'élaboration des soumissions et des estimations, déterminer les exigences contractuelles et valider les plans et devis d’exécution des différents travaux.
- Analyser les demandes et exigences du client, assurer l’accomplissement des travaux.
- Axé service à la clientèle.
- Assurer l’affectation, la coordination et le contrôle des ressources internes et des sous-traitants.
- Produire les budgets et planifications des travaux.
- Valider la documentation relative aux livrables des projets, tels que les rapports, les spécifications techniques, les plans et devis, les échéanciers, les estimations, et autres.
- Assurer l’acceptation provisoire et finale des travaux.
- Produire la liste des travaux supplémentaires et préparer les dossiers de justification des coûts.
- Participer au processus d’appel d'offres, négociations et choix des soumissionnaires.
- Établir et coordonner les communications avec les sous-traitants, les professionnels et le client, aux besoins.
- Valider les plans de réalisation des travaux, la mise en place des travaux, la réception des travaux, et le suivi des garanties.

- Formation technique, génie ou architecture reliées à la construction des bâtiments ou gestion immobilière.

- Capacité à favoriser le travail en collaboration avec l'ensemble des parties prenantes.

- Maîtrise de la suite Office, Teams et MS Project.
- Avoir un sens marqué de l’organisation et de la priorisation.
- Effectuer toutes autres tâches connexes.
