Senior Assembly Process Simulation Engineer

Description

• Create standard issue reports and coordinate with stakeholders
• Coordinate with stakeholders for seamless project execution
• Conduct ergonomic studies using 3D Experience
• Executing new vehicle program projects.
• Recommend process or equipment design changes based upon investigation
• Equipment concept design and layout creation recommendation 13. Assist in Concept validation, technical offer evaluation
• Assembly equipment design, planning, installation & commissioning
• Support testing & developmental activity for VR as tool for Assembly Validation
• Conduct dynamic and static clearance analysis studies for Cars using 3D Experience
• Develop cost reduction initiatives while creating equipment concepts
• Designing small Jigs & Fixtures
• Create VR environment for product investigation
• Virtual validation of plant tools and equipment for new products

Requirements

• High analytical / conceptual competence, pronounced goal and result orientation, pronounced customer orientation, Teamwork, strong communication skills
• Problem Solving & Project Management
• M-BOM Creation & maintenance in 3D Experience
• Proficient in working in a CFT environment
• Digital manufacturing tools (3D Experience /DELMIA V5/Team center visualization/Human Jack/
• Good hands on Experience & Exposure to General Assembly process and Problem resolution.
• Knowledge on Industrial Engineering, Safety & Ergonomics.
• 3D-layouting using Microstation/FAPLIS
• Physical ergonomic Assessment in production plant
• Proficiency in German Language is added advantage
