The Service Solutions Technician is a temporary assignment for Certified Field Inspectors who work in the service department. The technician supports customers after installation by inspecting, maintaining, and enhancing foundation repair and water‑management systems, combining technical service with consultative solution guidance.
- Execute scheduled on‑site appointments and travel to customers’ homes.
- Build long‑term customer relationships and represent the company professionally.
- Recommend additional products or services to improve or remediate installations.
- Perform annual maintenance visits and reactive service appointments, diagnosing and fixing issues.
- Install additional products purchased by customers as needed.
- Follow safety regulations and procedures on every job.
- Assess installed solutions for warranty or non‑warranty work.
- Communicate job status and submit documentation to the Service Manager and customer.

- Hold a current Certified Field Inspector (CFI) certification.
- Minimum one year of proven sales experience (preferred) and construction/home‑improvement background (preferred).
- Strong customer‑relations experience (preferred).

- Valid, non‑restrictive driver’s license.
