Technology‑enabled home remodeling: bath, window & door upgrades in a day.
The installer’s purpose is to perform safe, effective window and door installations while following company SOPs, PPE protocols, and delivering a 5‑star customer experience. They work closely with customers to ensure satisfaction throughout the project.
Each day starts by arriving at the warehouse at 6:30 AM to load materials and trucks, then traveling to the customer’s home, greeting them, and establishing rapport. The installer removes existing window/door openings, installs replacement units and trim, cleans the work area, and completes paperwork and payment before returning to the warehouse.
Candidates should have experience in carpentry, remodeling, or construction, or a strong desire to learn, along with basic knowledge of hand and power tools. A valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and a smart device capable of two‑factor authentication are also required.

The role pays approximately $17‑$20 per hour, with final compensation based on background, skills, abilities, and geographic location.
