- Master’s degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering.
- Proficient in MS Word and Excel
- Bachelor's degree in Civil, Environmental, or Chemical Engineering
- Familiarity with computer applications including ArcGIS and water and sewer hydraulic calculations/modeling software (WaterGEMS, InfoWater, InfoWorks ICM, InfoSWMM, Groundwater Vistas).
- Application of hydraulic, hydrologic, or hydrogeologic modeling systems to support the planning and design of related infrastructure, such as: pipelines, open channels, pump stations, channel stabilization techniques, rapid infiltration systems, storage and treatment facilities, wellfields, and other natural and manmade systems.
- Ability to evaluate progress of staff and results obtained, and recommends major changes to achieve overall objectives
