- Manages branch project permitting process including submitting paperwork to local governments
- Scheduling project inspections with the local code officials
- Run material to the job sites as required
- Assist Primary project coordinator on coordinating construction projects
- Uploading project information into various software
- Adheres to the Code of Conduct, Confidentiality Agreement, and Company Safety Policy.
- While performing the essential functions of this job the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle, or feel, reach with hands or arms, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl, and is occasionally required to lift and/or move heavy objects.
- Schedule and manage company owned scissor lifts as well as coordinating rental equipment
- Coordinate and track field personnel for required trainings
- Manage travel arrangements for out-of-town projects
- Adhere to the Code of Conduct, Confidentiality Agreement, and Company Safety Policy

- Project coordinator experience in fire & safety preferred.
- Must have valid Driver's License with clean driving record - position will require operating shared company vehicle as needed
- Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines
- Must have a minimum of 2 years' experience working in an office environment
- Ability to sit at a desk for prolonged periods while working on a computer
- Demonstrate adaptability in an ever-changing environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
