Shuttle Driver

Drive shuttle, transport passengers, ensure safety, assist loading/unloading.

Tasks

-Communicates with dispatchers, drivers and other employees using a two-way radio system to communicate routes, announcing arrivals and delays, coordinating the pick-up of customers, or handling other vehicle or customer issues that arise. -Conducts pre/post trip inspections of the shuttle buses at the beginning and end of shift to ensure sound operating conditions. -Greets passengers and provides assistance with loading and unloading. -Monitors traffic and weather conditions and notifies dispatch or supervisor of potential problems. -Reports accidents or other safety situations to dispatch or supervisor. -Monitors vehicle condition and records malfunctioning items or damage on appropriate forms. -Drives shuttle bus and transports customers to and from the facility. -Treats all customers in a courteous, friendly and professional manner. -Operates the shuttle bus in a safe and efficient manner and complies with all traffic and safety regulations.

-Thrive in a fast-paced environment, and can help resolve customer issues in a positive and helpful way. -You have the ability to work flexible hours, evenings, and weekends -Customer service: 1 year+ -You are at least 20 years old. -You have a valid driver's license and have been driving for at least 3 years. -Great communicator in both written and spoken language, with a friendly, professional approach to everyone you meet. -Do you have a A, B or C comercial drivers license with a passenger endorsement? -Energetic, outgoing and can stand, run, and carry items, up to 50lbs, if needed. -You have the ability to operate a passenger van safely and efficiently -Experience driving a shuttle bus or commercial vehicle: 1 year+ -Full-Time/Part-Time Shuttle Driver (Class-B with Passenger Endorsement) -Do you have a valid driver's license (at least 3 years)?
