- Ensure vehicles are maintained and safe for customers
- Use Penske’s tools and technologies to log, research, and complete repairs, including basic diagnostics
- Perform preventative maintenance repairs such as tire replacement/rotation, component lubrication, electrical system repairs, and cooling system maintenance on gas and diesel engine vehicles
- Partner with manager to learn new skills through Penske’s technician training and hands‑on coaching
