Provide Operations & Management (O&M) and Life Cycle Management inputs on Architectural and Civil (Pway) Assets of new and existing MRT/LRT lines to achieve optimal maintainability and cost-effective support for the assets.
Work with operators and LTA colleagues to investigate failures or defects of assets under your charge, work with other LTA and external stakeholders (if required) to propose remedial actions asset and track their completion.
Assist in evaluation of modification, renewal/replacement, or enhancement proposals to improve the reliability and durability of assets under your charge.
Oversee the transfer of care, control and custody (TCCC) of Architectural and Civil (Pway) Assets from LTA Project Team to Operator after completion of constructure; account for and manage asset inventory for all new and existing infrastructures, compilation of relevant asset information, track configurations changes and disposal of assets throughout their service life.
Review asset management plans, defect reports, condition assessment reports or other engineering reports related to assets under your charge.
Assist senior colleagues to explore and induct new technology solutions to enhance asset management and maintenance effectiveness and productivity.
Plan and conduct maintenance and asset condition audits to verify the Operators’ maintenance quality, existing asset condition and improve maintenance regime of assets under your charge.
