- Connaissance des systèmes CVAC, hydroniques et thermiques.
- Minimum 2 à 3 ans d’expérience pertinente dans un environnement similaire.
- Connaissance de base des outils informatiques (ex. : plateformes de GMAO).
- Participer aux formations internes et respecter les procédures opérationnelles propres à Ainsworth.
- Détenir un certificat de compétence en mécanique de machines fixes – classe 4B (ou autre classe reconnue au Québec).
- Bonne capacité d’analyse, sens de l’observation et réactivité.
- Surveiller et opérer les systèmes mécaniques : chaudières, compresseurs, systèmes de ventilation, de chauffage et de climatisation.
