Description

The role involves building relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders while coordinating all development activities. The incumbent will have full support from Prologis’ property staff and its leading energy‑sustainability team.

• Direct all phases of solar PV and storage project development (origination, interconnection, engineering, underwriting, construction, operations) with internal teams and external partners.
• Collaborate with Energy origination teams to achieve contracted revenue targets.
• Forecast and plan the Central U.S. addressable market, identifying utility programs, rate changes, and emerging technologies.
• Lead regional marketing efforts, craft customer messaging, and represent Prologis at conferences and events.
• Manage outside partners such as EPCs and engineering firms.

Requirements

• Utilize a CRM system (Salesforce preferred) for pipeline and workflow management.
• Required: 5+ years in the energy sector and 2+ years in sales or project development within a quota‑based environment.
• Proven ability to develop multi‑site portfolios and meet annual MW targets.
• Strong presentation, written, and verbal communication skills; team‑player and relationship‑builder.
• Willingness to travel up to 25 % of the time.
• Preferred: experience with distributed solar or battery projects; understanding of industrial real‑estate, brokerage, and warehousing; Bachelor’s degree.
