HR Business Partner

Description

• First point of contact for all highlevel HR related business matters.
• To partner with different business units (BUs), understanding their needs from HR perspective and providing them appropriate solutions
• Conducting the HR induction for all new joiners
• Performance management Helping HR Manager in completing the periodic performance management review process
• Supporting Human Resource strategies
• Onboarding To make sure the on boarding and induction programs are conducted as per agreed timelines
• Advise and guide senior management on all aspects of employment legislation.
• Assisting management in implementing different HR policies and initiatives across the BUs
• To maintain the highest standards of confidentiality
• To support the HR Manager, ensuring all work is delivered to the highest of standards
• Undertaking projects that keep Stantec’s workforce engaged and motivated
• Solving employee queries regarding performance management process
• To follow STANTEC’s code of conduct and ethics at all times

Requirements

• Sound operations HR experience at middle management level
• Business Partnering Adept at providing HR support to directors, senior managers and line managers in all aspects of management and support of their teams.
• Proven experience in employee engagement, performance management, on boarding activities
• Strong strategic thinking and innovation capability
• Custodian of the Performance management system (Talent Hub)
• Experience in implementing HR policies and procedures
• 5 to 10 years of experience as Human Resources generalist or HR Business Partner field with Master’s degree in Human Resource.
• Experience in handling HR business partner role independently
