The Assistant Manager assists the manager in achieving property objectives and assumes full managerial responsibilities in the manager’s absence. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate daily, weekly, and monthly reports of rents and deposits, and conducting all business in accordance with company policies, Fair Housing, ADA, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and other applicable laws.
The position demands frequent standing, walking, bending, lifting, and the use of office equipment, as well as constant visual and auditory interaction with residents, vendors, and staff. A valid driver’s license, automobile insurance, and the ability to operate a golf or club car are required.
