Ensure all contractors follow local site processes including signing in/out rules
Ensure works carried out in accordance with contractor RAMS
Complete subcontractor work packs before, during and after works obtaining all necessary paperwork and contractor/client signatures
Review RAMS and challenge gaps were necessary.
Liaison between subcontractor, JLL and client ensuring excellent communications between all before, during and after works.
Work collaboratively with subcontractors to ensure safe delivery of works across site.
To carry out work in a safe and diligent manner
On the spot audits of contractors during works to ensure compliance with RAMS
To ensure all subcontractor works delivered across site are managed safely and in accordance with the client subcontractor control process.
Archiving of completed subcontractor work packs for audit purposes
To attend and fully participate in training and appraisal activities as required including Hot Works and Excavation Appointed Person courses.

Excellent Computer/IT skills
IOSHH - Managing Safety training would be provided by JLL as a minimum
Desired but not essential; - SSSTS Site Supervisor Certification OR SMSTS Site Manager Certification
Must have excellent customer communication skills both written and verbal
To understand and comply with company policies and procedures
To understand and complete all work-related documentation accurately and on time
Permit to work writing & close-out for works involving such activities as: Working at height, Hot works etc. (According to JLL Project procedures)
Able to understand and act on both verbal and written instructions/procedures
Able to communicate across all levels
Strong interpersonal skills.
Must be able to work without constant supervision
Able to work under pressure and multi-task
