The role requires periodic site visits to enforce safety and quality standards, accurate reporting of operational metrics, and support for compliance with internal policies and healthcare regulations.
We are seeking a seasoned Director of Healthcare Construction with 15+ years of proven leadership to serve as the primary sector leader for our Atlanta, GA market. The role drives operational excellence across safety, quality, schedule performance, financial outcomes, and client satisfaction on complex healthcare builds.
Candidates must have 15+ years of progressive commercial construction experience with a strong emphasis on healthcare projects, a bachelor’s degree in a related field, and familiarity with healthcare safety and infection control protocols. Preferred qualifications include LEED accreditation, expertise in contract negotiation, risk management, and proficiency with scheduling tools (Primavera P6, Microsoft Project) and project management platforms (Procore, CMiC).
