- Partner with customer departments and internal partners to define business requirements, taking requirements to solutions, testing, and finally operationalizing for the customer.
- Perform application administration functions and successful execution of tasks for primary ERP system and related applications once implemented.
- Support the planning, design, development, build and/or configuration of reports and integrations as well as security and data solutions necessary for integrations, data to day business operations, and related project requests and evaluations.
- Escalate issues and risks to organizational leadership and proactively provide recommendations.
- Troubleshoot issues in functionality by looking at necessary hardware/ software/ security alerts to arrive at sound solution and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Support Project Management Office (PMOs) and other groups by articulating infrastructure, database, network, IT security and project needs in addition to serving as a Project Manager for non-PMO efforts.
- Manage/ coordinate multiple Cloud ERP technical projects and successfully prioritize multiple support tasks in collaboration with other Cloud ERP leads and the organization’s project management office(s).
- Assist Cloud ERP functional leads with complex report development and data conversion activities – solutioning, preparation, maintenance, updating of data in Cloud ERP configurations and security.
- Work with Cloud ERP functional leads and subject matter experts to ensure that testing scenarios are created and executed for all technical configuration updates.
- Fulfill ad hoc report requests from the business as needed and is the core user escalation point for technical related Cloud ERP issues requiring work with Cloud ERP functional leads / end users to diagnose and resolve Cloud ERP technical issues.

- Cloud ERP Certification in reporting and integrations.
- 5-8 years of related work experience (combination of education and experience may be considered).
- Experience in project management in technical capacity.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, management information systems, or business systems.
- Experience working with Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology.
- Knowledge of Workday or other Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
- Experience with support for on-premises enterprise level applications (developed in house or COTS Software), support for SaaS enterprise level applications, firewall and SSL Certificate setup/installation/maintenance, SQL, scripting, network/Azure AD, and MS 365 Applications.
- 1-3 years of experience in supporting enterprise applications and/or similar role.
