Requirements

We are seeking an experienced Healthcare Construction Superintendent to lead ground-up hospital and major healthcare construction projects. This role oversees all on-site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and in compliance with healthcare standards.

• Deep understanding of healthcare codes and regulations
• Proven experience on ground-up hospital or complex healthcare projects
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
