You will collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Supply Planning, Operations and Finance to align assumptions, resolve demand‑supply gaps, and present demand insights, risks and opportunities in the monthly Demand Review / S&OP process. Additionally, you will cleanse and structure demand data, maintain demand‑related KPIs and dashboards, support ABC classification, and drive continuous improvements in tools, reports and ways of working.
We are seeking a talented, dynamic, resilient and result‑driven Demand Planner based in Milton, ON (Onsite). The Demand Planner is a key member of the ROCKWOOL North America Supply Chain organization, responsible for building high‑quality demand forecasts that support both business (TYCE) and operational planning.
