Principal responsibilities include gaining hands‑on experience in core operational areas and supporting strategic initiatives, analyzing business performance metrics such as sales, gross profit, and inventory, and supporting hiring, training, coaching, and performance management of staff. You will ensure compliance with safety, environmental, regulatory, and ethical standards, collaborate with cross‑functional teams to implement business unit strategies, and build strong relationships with community, government, and environmental stakeholders while demonstrating the Republic Way leadership values.
Qualifications require a proven ability to lead large teams and drive results in a fast‑paced environment, strong analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, and the capacity to lead change and manage complex projects. A working knowledge of business finance, controls, and performance metrics is essential, along with a minimum of two years supervisory or management experience and willingness to relocate for rotational assignments.
The Operations Manager Accelerated Program (OMAP) is an intensive 18‑month development program designed to prepare high‑potential leaders for a future role as an Operations Manager.
