Description

In this role you will lead kaizen events, develop standard work documentation, and drive data‑driven process improvements across operations, supply chain, engineering and commercial functions. You will also train and coach team members and leaders in lean thinking, create improvement roadmaps, and promote standardization, accountability and best‑practice sharing.

• Plan and lead cross‑functional kaizen events focused on lean fundamentals, standard work, visual management, flow, problem‑solving and strategic growth/capacity initiatives.
• Drive implementation of tools and processes across operations, supply chain, engineering, and commercial functions.
• Train and coach team members and leaders in lean thinking, daily management, and continuous improvement practices.
• Create and execute improvement roadmaps based on business system maturity assessments.
• Enable teams to adopt standardization, accountability, and data‑driven decision making.
• Identify, document, and share internal best practices.

• Bachelor’s in Engineering, Business, Operations or related field; MBA or Master’s preferred.
• 7–10+ years progressive experience in manufacturing, operations or continuous improvement, preferably multi‑site or matrixed industrial environment.
• Strong understanding of Lean principles (5S, value‑stream mapping, standard work, visual management, PDCA, SMED, A3 problem solving).
• Proven success leading cross‑functional kaizen events and system‑wide CI initiatives.
• Knowledge of basic ops finance, P&L impact, cost drivers, and fixed vs variable costs.
• Strong leadership, communication, project management, and cross‑functional collaboration skills; experience mentoring junior engineers.
• Demonstrated career ambition and potential for broader leadership roles in a high‑growth organization.
