- Perform maintenance tasks including inspections, classifications, and repairs across City of Sydney facilities
- Complete administrative tasks including quotes, purchase orders, job dockets, minor estimates, and technical reports
- Carry out planned maintenance works including RPZ and TMVs
- Communicate effectively with customers and support other trades to ensure high satisfaction
- Respond to reactive works such as blocked drains, toilets, hot water system repairs, and gutter/downpipe clearing

- Experience in roofing maintenance (waterproofing or flashing) highly regarded
- Tool of trade vehicle and power tools provided
- RPZ (backflow) and TMV experience preferred
- Valid Driver’s Licence and White Card
- Certificate III in Plumbing or equivalent trade qualification
- Willingness to undergo a police check
- On-call roster approximately every 6 weeks, 10am–6pm. Callouts outside these hours paid at double time (min. 4 hours)
- Monday to Friday, 7am–3pm with optional overtime
