
Support and lead project closeout processes, ensuring all required documentation is properly submitted, tracked, and archived in accordance with company and client standards.
Process pay applications
Prepare cost reports
Collaborate closely with project managers, accountants, and design/construction managers to maintain fiscal accuracy and accountability.
Support forecasting efforts
Maintain detailed financial documentation throughout each phase of the project
Review and route invoices
Monitor budget variances
Assist with tracking project costs
Experience in construction project administration or cost controls
A valid Driver’s License
Knowledge of construction documentation and contract management
Must work well in a team environment and be committed to client service
Experience with Procore, Bluebeam and/or Docusign is a plus!
Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities
Strong organizational and communication skills both written and verbal
Familiarity with document management systems (e.g., Egnyte)
