The role supports the Bid Manager, Business Managers and Directors by coordinating and compiling pre‑qualification, budget and tender submissions as a vital part of the Pre‑Contract Team.
Key duties include maintaining a standard bid response library, high‑quality templates and client portals, monitoring tender websites, and ensuring all client‑facing information is consistent, timely and of the highest quality. The position also builds internal relationships, gathers feedback and helps improve the bid, tender and PQQ processes while supporting Ardmac’s pre‑contract objectives aligned with Group Strategy.
Ideal candidates have proven experience compiling pre‑qualification and bid content for public and private procurements, are proficient in Adobe InDesign and the full Microsoft Suite, and can work collaboratively across departments. They demonstrate strong project‑management, organisational and administration skills, detail orientation, and the ability to meet deadlines under pressure; a background in construction or engineering services is preferred but not essential.
