- Assist in design and analysis of electrical systems using engineering software to create detailed designs, specifications, and calculations per code and IMEG standards.
- Interact with clients to gather requirements, communicate technical information, and build professional relationships.
- Support project team execution by assisting in planning and scheduling to meet deadlines and objectives.
- Document design decisions and client instructions while monitoring design progress.
- Analyze low to medium complexity tasks and propose innovative solutions together with senior engineers.
- Participate in IMEG quality control processes to ensure designs meet quality, industry, and client standards.
- Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices; contribute to research and innovation.
- Prioritize safety by identifying and mitigating potential safety risks in electrical systems.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams—including engineers, architects, and project managers—to deliver integrated solutions.

- Knowledge of design techniques, tools, and concepts for technical plans and specifications.
- Strong technical and analytical skills in circuit theory, electromagnetism, power systems, and electronics for building electrical design.
- Proficiency with industry‑standard engineering software (e.g., AGI, Elum Tools, Visual Lighting, ComCheck, Adobe/Bluebeam, BIM, CTC Revit Add‑In).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Attention to detail and strong problem‑solving abilities.
- Effective oral and written communication to individuals or groups.
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Willingness to travel up to 5% with occasional overnight stays.
- Associate’s degree or certificate in BIM or Engineering preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years (4 preferred) experience in building design consulting or construction industry.
