Lead a team working on telecom Mobile Radio Base Station related development with increasing cloud integration.
Guide team members in development practices and ensure delivery of high-quality code and products
Mentor junior developers and contribute to team growth and technical excellence.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams sharing code base and CI team to meet project goals and timelines.
You will take a central role in one of our upcoming teams working within state of the art mobile radio base station development
Drive proactive proposals to improve the products and the program
Interact with customers and end users to gather needs and requirement

Understanding of FPGA and or electronics/radio design
Experience in agile way of working and development environments incl Git and Jenkins.
Experience in C# or Python.
Good understanding of networking protocols (IPv6, DHCPv6).
With a sharp focus on modern practices and integration tools, we are looking for a candidate who stands out through their technical expertise.
Strong background in Telecom radio base station development and 3GPP/Multi Standard Radio Architecture.
Familiarity with Linux platforms such as yocto.
Strong grasp of embedded systems and real-time constraints.
Experience in cloud-native technologies like Docker, Kubernetes, microservices
9+ years of experience, with at least 4 years in modern C++.
Excellent communication skills in English.
