Property Consultant ( Commission Only )

Description

• Provide excellent customer service throughout the transaction process
• Maintain strong knowledge of the local real estate market
• Coordinate with landlords, developers, and brokers
• Follow company policies and RERA (or local real estate authority) guidelines
• Build and manage a database of clients and listings
• Negotiate offers and close sales or rental deals
• Prospect and generate new leads through calls, networking, and referrals
• Conduct property viewings with clients

Requirements

We are looking for a motivated and self-driven Property Consultant to join our real estate team on a commission-only basis. The role involves assisting clients in buying, selling and closing deals.

• Previous real estate sales experience preferred (but not mandatory)
• Ability to work independently and meet targets
• Good knowledge of the local property market
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties
• English required; additional languages are a plus
• Must be self-motivated and commission-driven
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Valid UAE driving license (preferred)
