External Reporting Manager

Description

• Collaborate cross-functionally and manage audit relationships, serving as a key liaison with internal and external auditors while driving process improvements.
• Manage and mentor a small team, contribute to global consolidation efforts, and foster a positive, high-performance working environment.
• Research and implement new accounting standards, support financial statement presentation and disclosures, and prepare technical accounting memos and whitepapers.
• Develop and maintain accounting policies, provide technical guidance on complex transactions, and lead training across the organization to ensure consistent application.
• Lead the preparation of SEC filings and external financial reports, ensuring compliance with U.S. GAAP and other regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Prior experience in Public Accounting with SEC Registered clients
• 4+ years of public accounting experience and a CPA certification required
• Knowledge of US GAAP and internal controls
• Bachelor's degree (B.A.) in accounting
