Vinci Defence is seeking a proactive Project Coordinator to join our team. You will play a key role in supporting the delivery of projects on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards. Acting as the central point of coordination, you’ll work closely with operational teams, surveyors, and stakeholders to ensure projects run smoothly and efficiently.

  • Managing project documentation and ensuring data integrity.
  • Coordinating resources and supporting operational delivery.
  • Assisting in project planning, defining timelines and milestones.
  • Tracking progress, producing reports, and flagging risks or issues promptly.
