Chair Completions meetings - communicate, drive, and review the module by system skyline schedule.
Verify documentation for quality and completeness. Organize and lead system completion walk downs.
Identify and classify final walkdown punch items.
Review field generated inspection records for quality and completeness. Manage field generated inspection records in completions management software for tracking and reporting. Utilize multiple databases and BSAPs for reviewing and checking dossiers including TEAMWorks, Setroute, Infoworks, Unifier, Aconex, and Smart Completions (Completions Database).
Integrate required vendor and project data from Electronic Data Management System (EDMS) to Electronic Turnover Packages.
Champion and implement the Project Turnover process in accordance with Bechtel Standard Work Processes and Procedures (SWPPs), Project Procedures and ITPs. Impress upon Construction, Field Engineering and Pre-Commissioning the sense of urgency for meeting commitments.
Support the implementation of the records retention and turnover plans.
Implement an effective and efficient punch list process. Work with Field Engineering and CSU teams to define Tag and ITR requirements for Turnover deliverables.
Provides input to the project staffing plan for assigned subordinate personnel.
Communicate effectively with other project team members, the customer, and field personnel to ensure quality, schedule and budget are maintained.
Performs employee reviews for subordinate personnel, assists in their development and ensures that subordinate personnel receive progressive training.
In conjunction with automation team, develop standard completion reports used to track System completion. Control and maintain master set of System Turnover P&IDs - manage system scoping against P&IDs and other engineering drawings; and facilitate in data validation.
Provide training to project personnel on System Completion and Turnover.
Operate standard office equipment and automation tools. Track pending issues and actions impacting system turnover.
Focal point for all Project Turnover documentation and data deliverables. Champion of the Smart Completions Database.

Knowledge of Indian standards and specification and codes as applicable, including various safety procedures and practices associated with the construction activities.
Technical knowledge of all phases of construction activities relating to a single or multiple area is desirable.
Familiar with Bechtel's Business Ethics handbook and policies. Knowledge of Bechtel's "Zero Accidents" safety program. Prior supervision experience.
Requires bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and 8-10 years of relevant experience or 12-14 years of relevant work experience
Understanding of applicable Bechtel work processes, including Standard Work Process Procedures and Bechtel Standard Applications (BSAPs) including TEAMWorks Completions Module or Smart Completions, Aconex, is preferred.
Thorough knowledge of construction activities as they relate to engineering disciplines, cost and scheduling, and contract administration.
