What you would be doing

  • Complete job site walkouts and facilitate project meetings
  • Conduct daily site visits to monitor progress, ensure work is completed on schedule, and verify quality standards are consistently met.
  • Meet deadlines as set by the customer while maintaining a high level of quality
  • You will manage multiple projects simultaneously and update systems accordingly of daily productivity
  • Drive your projects through all phases of construction, including scheduling, budgets, and resource management
  • Develop, maintain and manage detailed project plans and designs
  • Maintain consistent communication with the customer, crew, and Area Manager

  • You are willing to travel approximately 50% of time to local sites
  • You have a valid Driver's License with a clean driving record past 3 years
  • You are computer savvy and a working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications like Excel, Smartsheet, Google Earth, and the ability to learn custom software
  • You have a track record of completing work with a high level of quality
  • You have the ability to read blueprints, understand industry terminology, can identify proper placement of equipment such as fiber and coax within a design
  • You have a knack for figuring out hard problems and enjoy a hands-on approach to your work
  • You have experience working with Charter (preferred)
  • You have field experience in Telecom and Construction
