Interface daily with residents and responsible for physical, emotional, and mental well-being of residents.
Assist with management and oversight of business systems such as CarePredict, Eldermark (EHR/EMR), OnShift, Paycor, and McKesson-Orbits.
Assist residents and families with questions and concerns regarding non-healthcare related operations and communicate with appropriate department manager.
Support labor and supply budget management.
Always ensure the safety and well-being of all residents.
Participate in on call rotation with HCD and MCD
Assist with staff supervision.
Coordinate annual and monthly self-medication assessments with Healthcare Director.
Interface with pharmacy/family to ensure orders are accurate.
Assume duties and responsibilities as directed by the Healthcare Director in his/her absence.

Responsible for supporting all aspects of the day-to-day healthcare operation of the assisted living and memory care community.

New hire training and orientation – ensure process is finalized and coordinate duties effectively according to the company procedures.
Assist Healthcare Director with all AL admissions.
Responsible for ensuring AL staffing is up to date on OnShift.
Coordinate annual assessments and service plans with Healthcare Director.
Assist with incident reporting and investigations as directed.
Interface with doctors, home-health care, and any other agencies or individuals who have contact with the residents as directed.
