This is a part‑time on‑site role for a Call Center Representative based in Elk Grove, CA. The representative will handle inbound and outbound calls, provide exceptional customer service, and address client inquiries. Daily tasks include assisting with scheduling appointments, resolving customer concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Attention to detail and effective communication are key responsibilities.
Candidates should have excellent customer service and support skills, strong interpersonal abilities to build and maintain client relationships, and computer literacy to navigate customer management systems. A commitment to achieving satisfaction through communication and problem‑solving is required. Prior call‑center or customer‑facing experience is preferred, as is the ability to work on‑site in Elk Grove. A high school diploma or equivalent is required; additional training is a plus.
