The Valuations team works closely with other Cushman & Wakefield service lines, advising clients on the impact of cyclical and structural changes across property sectors. Success in this role requires a keen eye for detail, strong numerical and analytical skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively to meet tight deadlines.
Candidates must be MRICS qualified and have experience in mixed, commercial and retail valuations. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and both Argus Enterprise and Argus Developer is essential, as is a solid understanding of income‑driven investment valuations and development appraisals. The position is open to Surveyor or Senior Surveyor level professionals.
