  • Track project progress to ensure key milestones and performance goals are met.
  • Analyze tender documentation to fully understand the client’s requirements.
  • Prepare pricing for subcontracts and packages for contractor engagement.
  • Coordinate both internal and external resources involved in project delivery.
  • Participate directly in tasks requiring hands-on work.
  • Develop cost estimates and manage variations.
  • Act as the main point of contact for the client, building and maintaining strong relationships.
  • Oversee, organize, and manage daily site operations.
  • Plan and execute the program of works.
  • Coordinate and schedule trades, manage the project timeline, and oversee completion, including progress claim certificates.

The ideal candidate will ideally be having experience working for a remedial contractor, but this is not essential. They will have experience managing 10 + site staff, managing sub-contractors and overseeing commissioning works. They will also need to have excellent stakeholder management and be proactive and passionate about the work they deliver.

Reporting to a Site Supervisor or Project Manager, you will be working on projects ranging in value from up to $35m+ all in various stages throughout the full project life cycle. Experience delivering remediation packages/projects worth $10m+.

We are looking for an experienced Foreman to lead our remedial projects and join a dedicated team that has consistently achieved success and experienced significant growth. You’ll be joining a business with an attractive pipeline and a trusted contractor in the industry.

  • Diploma or degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or similar (preferred but not required).
  • Leadership skills
  • Experience working on Remedial projects
  • Certificate III or IV in Building and Construction or a relevant trade qualification.
  • Read and interpret construction plans and scopes of work.
  • Strategic thinker who is able to see the bigger picture
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
