Compile monthly cost reports, profit/loss summaries, and financial dashboards.
Assisting in preparing initial cost estimates and budgets for construction projects.
Reviewing project expenditures and invoices.
Support document control processes, ensuring accuracy and version management.
Attend meetings with clients and contractors.
Monitoring contract variations and ensure accurate documentation.
Monitoring project progress, identifying potential issues, and implement corrective actions.
Identifying risks and opportunities to improve cost efficiency.
Measure quantities on-site or from drawings to assess progress.
Planning of Projects
Contribute to the development of dashboards and analytics for project controls.
Attend client meetings and support communication between internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders to manage expectations and ensure smooth collaboration.
Work closely with delivery teams to ensure data-driven decision making.
Value completed work and prepare cost reports.
Supporting the management of contracts
Compile monthly cost reports, profit/loss summaries and financial dashboards.
Supporting engagement with stakeholders
Monitoring project progress against the schedule
Assist in maintaining and updating project schedules using industry-standard tools.
Contributing to procurement strategy and contract selection.
Support feasibility studies and value engineering exercises.
Support financial monitoring and reporting and help ensure projects stay within budget, flag any variances.

Contribute to procurement strategy and contract selection.
Maintain accurate records of project changes and commercial decisions.
