PMA COORDINATOR

Description

• Distribute renewal letters/agreements to the end customer in DocuSign, follow up and upload signed agreements into Vista
• Update customer information in Vista (i.e. service rates, customer contact information, mobilization charges, agreement notes, scope labour estimates, customer email addresses, etc.)
• Activate the PMA agreement once the agreement is fully executed
• Run profitability reports by customer/agreement and recommend proposed pricing based on target gross margin budget/expectations
• Generate renewal reporting from ERP system ahead of the PMA expiration date for all lines of business in the assigned region

Requirements

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Programs (PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Outlook)
• Bilingual in French and English considered an asset but not required
• Ability to multi-task and be a versatile team member
• Previous experience in customer service, sales, and/or service coordination is considered an asset
• Industry experience in Fire and Life Safety considered an asset but not required
• Experience in ERP/Data Management/HRIS Systems and advanced computer ability considered a strong asset
• Post-Secondary Education in Business Administration or related field; and/or 3 years' working experience
• Strong typing skills with excellent attention to detail
• The PMA Coordinator may be required to travel to all assigned branches within the assigned territory
