Plumbing Estimator

Description

• Efficiently using estimating software to prepare bids
• Efficiently prepare drawing packages and issue to the client per scheduled delivery
• Assist with building outstanding relationships with customers
• Interpret specifications, blueprints, and addenda
• Prepare and manage competitive plumbing bids as required (proposals, bid forms, budgets, etc.) to promptly meet project needs
• Create and incorporate all RFIs
• Coordinating with fabricators, engineers, and architects to meet project requirements

Requirements

• You have superb communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven track record to take the initiative and build strong, productive relationships
• You possess a strong breadth of experience and demonstrated ability in plumbing estimation (five+ years preferred)
• You have Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or other applicable field preferred
• You pay attention to detail and are committed to quality
• You are proficient ability to use estimating programs
• You have a proven track record of trying and learning new things
• You thrive in an environment that tests ideas by building
